Workwear Choice Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Workwear Choice. By placing an order on our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form the basis of our contract with you.

1. Terms In Use

Workwear Choice refers to the trading name under which our business operates.
Customer/Client refers to the individual or business purchasing goods or services from Workwear Choice.
Products mean the garments or accessories offered for sale, including customised workwear.
Services include printing, personalisation, or other related services.
Consumer refers to an individual acting outside of business purposes, as defined under UK law.

2. Order Formation

All orders placed with Workwear Choice are subject to acceptance and availability. A legally binding contract between you and Workwear Choice is formed only when you receive written confirmation of your order from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required at the time of order placement. For all customised products, production will begin only after payment has been received in full. To ensure the security of your financial information, we utilise encrypted, compliant payment systems and do not store full card details on our servers.

 

4. Customisation Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customisation details provided, including artwork, text, sizing, colours, and logo placement. As our products are typically customised with company branding, it is essential that final design mockups sent to you at the time of contract are carefully reviewed and approved prior to production. While we take great care to deliver high-quality results, minor variations in colour, scale, or positioning may occur due to differences in materials, print methods, screen pixels, or garment textures. Please note that customised items are non-returnable.

 

5. Delivery

 

At Workwear Choice, we partner with a range of trusted third-party courier services to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your orders. The specific delivery partner may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method selected at checkout. Please note that we do not operate our in-house delivery service, and as such, delivery schedules and handling are managed solely by these external providers.

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  2. We are not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Orders are considered delivered once they reach the address provided by you.
  4. Risk transfers upon delivery. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Returns and Cancellations

At Workwear Choice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

       Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

       Returned with all original tags and labels intact

We cannot accept returns for:

       Customised or personalised items, unless faulty

       Items showing signs of wear or where the original packaging is damaged

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 14  days of delivery, in line with consumer rights. To cancel or request a return, please contact us via email and include your order number.

 

7. Refunds

Once returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 working days to process, depending on your bank or courier. For more information, navigate to our refund policy compiled in the footer section.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery and notify us of any faults within 7 days. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund. However, we do not accept claims for faults resulting from misuse, general wear and tear, or improper use of the items.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, strikes, labour disputes, transport or supply chain disruptions, pandemics, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or changes in legislation or regulations. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such delays and to resume normal operations as soon as it is practically possible.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding elements, product content, and any other creative material displayed on our website or produced on customised garments are the intellectual property of Workwear Choice or their respective rights holders.

These assets are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws, and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent. If you submit a logo, slogan, or any artwork for customisation purposes, you represent and warrant that you have full authorisation to use such intellectual property and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to reject any content that may violate intellectual property laws.

 

12. Customer Obligations

Customers purchasing from Workwear Choice are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering to ensure the correct fulfillment of goods and services. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all size selections and approve custom artwork prior to production. Furthermore, customers must maintain the confidentiality of their account login credentials and are solely responsible for any activity conducted through their account.

 

13. Data Protection and Marketing

  1. We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  2. If you opt in, we may contact you by email or WhatsApp about offers, news, or updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (where applicable). In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, both parties agree that such matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
