1.  How long does shipping take within the UK?
For UK orders, we aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days also depending upon your quantity demands. If you’re outside the EU, shipping might take a bit longer depending on customs in your country.
2.  Do you provide design mockups before finalising our order?
Yes, we do. Once you share your order details, our design team will prepare a digital mockup with your company logo, any sponsors or custom employee names or numbers for you. We wait until your approval before we begin production. Once you have approved you won’t be able to revert on custom order for further details read our (refund policy).
3.  How do I know if my order is confirmed?

4.  Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t gone into production or dispatch yet, we can update your shipping address. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make the change in time.
