Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As a dedicated supplier of durable, high-performance workwear and bespoke clothing, these terms reflect the specialised nature of our apparel, along with the professional standards we uphold. It’s designed to safeguard your interests as a buyer while preserving the quality and reliability that define the Workwear Choice name.
Eligibility for Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, including minor wear or cosmetic damage. All tags and labels must remain attached, and where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging. Any product that shows evidence of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, regardless of the timeframe in which it is returned.
Note: Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage may not be accepted for refund.
The customer is responsible for the return postage unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is deemed faulty upon inspection. An inspection will be conducted by our customer service department once the returned item is received. This is a mandatory step before processing any refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the required return conditions, including any signs of wear, damage, or missing labels.
Non-Refundable Items
Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be faulty or were supplied incorrectly due to an error on our part. This includes garments that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise modified in accordance with your submitted order confirmation and customisation sheets. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that all customisation details are correct before the order is finalised. Once confirmed, such orders are considered final and non-refundable.
We do not accept any returns sent outside the return window.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team at info@workwearchoice.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide a return reference and instructions.
- Package the item securely and include proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or confirmation email).
- Send the return to the address provided by our team.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing Time
If your return is approved following inspection, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The refund will reflect the price paid for the item(s) only and will not include the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been inspected. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, bank processing times, and national holidays.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
